From Malmö C: 08:23 commuter train - (arrives Ystad at 9:14)
From Kåseberga: 12:57 Regional bus then train (Arrives Malmö14:37)
Tempo: Between 6:15 min/km and 6:30 min/km
- If possible for a swim, it will be about mid-distance
- Ice cream at Kåseberga

Running form Ystad to Kåseberga, mostly along the coastline and ofcourse by the region's landmark Ales stenar.
