Meno-pals: Community Circle for Women in Perimenopause and Menopause

Meno-pals, our community circle, holds space for women experiencing perimenopause and menopause. Led by Ayesha Shahram — yoga teacher, health and wellness coach, and a menopause coaching specialist — each circle is designed to empower women, fostering a sense of community and understanding
during this significant life transition.
Each session includes grounding, breath work and a topic for community conversation and support.
Six total sessions will be offered on Tuesdays from Sept. 2 - Oct. 7 and participants have the option to drop into the session(s) of their choice or join all six.
Tentative schedule of topics:
Sept. 2: Understanding the Journey
Sept. 9: Managing Physical Symptoms
Sept. 16: Emotional Resilience
Sept. 23: Nutrition and Wellness
Sept. 30: Sexuality and Relationships
Oct. 7: Embracing Life Beyond Menopause
