FIRST OPENNER CLASS Saturday August 9th 11am for our first ever💥HYROX-style classes💥
What does this look like 👀
3-day-per-week program, built to bring HYROX-specific conditioning to our gym floor in the form of fun, effective, and coach-friendly group classes😄
Each week includes:
Monday➡️STATION Session: Focused on building strength and efficiency at the HYROX race stations (like sled push/pull, wall balls, burpee broad jumps, etc.)🏐
Wednesday➡️AEROBIC Session: Designed to develop aerobic endurance through sustainable efforts and smart pacing strategies🏃♀️🏃♂️
Saturday➡️RACE Specific Session: Combines running with station work to mimic race conditions and build confidence, grit, and full-body fitness💪🏼
