Join resident yoga teacher and mother, Abby, for this prenatal and postnatal yoga class in Rockhampton.
This has been greatly requested by the community as an offering for mums before and after giving birth. This is a time in our lives when we are at the mercy of our hormones while coping with the stressors of early parenthood and birth. Taking time to relax and recuperate is so important.
The class structure will go through a series of dynamic postures and deep stretches designed to:
- BUILD CORE STRENGTH,
- STRENGTHEN AND RELAX PELVIC FLOOR MUSCLES
- INVITE BREATHING AND MINDFULNESS
Classes are $15 or a 10-class pack brings each class down to $13.50. Or as always, pay what you can afford.
