Hello everyone,
I’m reaching out because I’m teaming up with friends from my local church to support the BBQ & BOOKS BASH at Lakeside Park in Angleton, TX, on August 2nd. This community event was started by my friend Megan Speir to help kids get access to books, and this year, I’m organizing a back-to-school supply drive for the first time.
Our goal is to provide hundreds of children in Brazoria County with book bags filled with essential school supplies—things that will help them feel confident and ready on their first day. Every dollar we raise will go directly to purchasing backpacks and basic items for the kids who need them most.
