Feel Good Slow Flow
This 70-minute, all-levels class expertly combines breathing practices, gentle yoga, and meditations to cultivate balance within the body, heart, and mind. Our Gentle Yoga is rooted in Hatha style, featuring meditative and slow movements that harmonize to enhance alignment, stability, grounding, balance, strength, and flexibility. Participants enjoy complimentary hot tea, hot towels infused with essential oils, and hot rocks from Lake Superior.
First-time students attend free of charge. Drop-in classes are priced at $25 per person. Alternatively, students may purchase a 5-pack of classes for $75 or 10 classes for $130. To register or inquire about our offerings, please do not hesitate to contact us.
