Session will take place on the path at the Centennial Park.

Details of the session are:

X Hill Session

WU/CD: 13 minute easy running + drills.

SESSION:

• 250m Hill 75% strong controlled effort. Alternate from one side to the next in the park.

Repeat continuously for 25min

PURPOSE: A continuous hill workout that develops economy, strength and control. The aim of the session is to keep things consistent from start to finish.

Location - Centennial Park, Seymour St, Bathurst.

Cost- $10 for casual runners $5 for RUN RIOT clients and under 16's.

Come along and see what you can do in a supportive and diverse group of runners, it is great chance to test yourself in a non-competitive environment. For those interested in more focused training over the cooler months I will have a weekly program available for $15 PW.
