MINDFULNESS is a practice that quiets the noise in our heads. Whether you're a beginner or experienced practitioner, youβre welcome to drop in for our mindfulness and stress reduction sessions the first and third Sunday every month. You can also attend by Zoom. The sessions take place 6-6:45 pm and are free.
