Wanting to improve to run 5km or 10 km events? I’ve just set up a weekly Interval training session to improve your fitness and reduce injuries. Meet at Koala statue Charis seafood Marine Pde Labrador.
Heading north up to Lands end then looping back to Whiting street just South of Aqua and back to Charis Seafood for a coffee. Look forward to meeting up with many of you and share the reward of improving your fitness and running ability.
