Please join us for our first Schlachtfest 2025 (Pig Roast) of the season on Saturday, March 29th.
Entrance fee is $5 for members and $8 for non-members.
Menu selection is reservation only. Please call Susan Herleth by Friday, March 21st at 973-219-0112.
Menu:
$28 Option 1: Everything which includes pork loin, kassler (smoked pork chops), pigs knuckle, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes and gravy.
Option 2: $21 Small platter includes everything except the pig's knuckle
per sausage: ordered separately, handmade the old fashioned way! TBD
Wurstsalat is a salad made with different colds (possibly ham, Leberkäse,etz) plus cheese and onions in an oil and vinegar dressing. Served with bread and butter.
Dessert $5 German Chocolate Cake or Carrot Cake
The dinner can be ordered for take out, pick up after 6:30pm.
Full bar available. Event is Cash only.
Schlachtfest features a selection of meats and wursts, along with mashed potatoes, and sauerkraut.
Doors open at 5:00 pm, dinner 6 pm, music from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM by Joe Kroboth.
Business casual dress, no blue jeans, t-shirts, or sneakers please.
