Women's Circle: Trauma Healing, A Deeper Look

Women's Circle: Trauma Healing - A Deeper Look with Dakota Draconi MSW.
-In April we had an introductory discussion about trauma, its consequences, and the healing process. In June we had a deeper discussion into trauma consequences.
-There are many methods to go about healing from trauma. Some survivors find certain modalities of talk therapy helpful, as well as peer support groups. Others prefer different forms of bodywork, and still others find the greatest benefits from energetic work. Most survivors employ some combination of talk therapy, bodywork, and energetic work. Regardless of how one chooses to go about healing, the most important thing is knowing that healing is possible!
-Please join us, as we take a deeper look into healing from trauma and discuss the tools many survivors find helpful.

-Women's Circle Mission Statement:
We are a sacred community of women, united in our commitment to support, empower, and nurture one another on our personal journeys of growth, healing, and transformation. Our circle is a sanctuary—a safe, welcoming space where women can gather to share their thoughts, feelings, experiences, challenges, and triumphs without judgment.
Through our sisterhood, we offer deep listening and heartfelt connection, creating a nurturing environment where each woman can explore her truth and be seen, heard, and valued. We hold space for personal and collective healing, embracing each woman's unique path and honoring the wisdom she carries.
Together, we uplift and inspire each other as we walk the path of "soul work," encouraging authenticity, self-discovery, and self-love. As a sacred cheering squad, we stand in full support of one another’s illumination, personal growth, and well-being, fostering a community rooted in compassion, empowerment, and spiritual connection.
We believe in the power of sisterhood, where women rise together—strengthened by shared vulnerability, wisdom, and love—transforming ourselves and the world around us.
-COVID-19, RSV, Flu Precautions: If you have fever, cough, aches, please consider staying home to rest. There will always be more opportunities. You may choose to wear a mask, we have several here for you to share.
-Children: We ask that you do not bring children to circle. At times, the nature of our discussions are very personal, graphic and are adult in nature. Occasionally, women experience deep emotional, psychological and physiological release. It is our quest to provide a safe space for spiritual healing and transformation.
-Circle Leader: Dawn Everhart, RN, RMT is a nurse healer, Medical Reiki Master, Shamanic Healer. To contact Dawn directly with your questions: cell/text (559) 341-7452.
