When you arrive for your 1 hour appointment, you will have a conversation with Amanda, she will determine the acu points to target, and then you will relax back in your chair for the remainder of the hour. Wear loose clothing so she can access points on your lower legs and arms. The clinic space is community, so you may have the room to yourself or the other chairs could be full with clients overlapping your appointment time.
