2 (advanced) miles

The Workout
(6-8) x 400 @ 1 mile pace
400 meter recovery

The Cool Down
1/2 mile

A friendly reminder to be aware and considerate or other runners on the track.
NO PETS
NO BIKES/STROLLERS
