Thursday July 24th - Expo Center Rooftop Social Skate. As always, this is a free event! Great place for beginners to meet other skaters, roll your wheels and learn new things. Meet starting at 6:30pm on the rooftop of the Fox Cities Expo Center in downtown Appleton. The band this week is Road Trip. In between sets, we will crank up our own music. There are food trucks down behind the stage. Always family and new skater friendly.
We will have some demo skates and protective gear available for people to use. If you know you would like to borrow skates or have specific skate items you would like to try, just comment here in advance with approximate sizes.
Bring a chair if you like. There is limited parking next to the skating area. More parking at the courthouse parking lot. Enter the area from Elm St. See map in comments.
