New Jubilee Forest Tours

A tour of an old growth forest on private land within city limits, and only 30 minutes drive from downtown. This will be a slow walk on wide dirt trails in the forest with some moderately steep slopes. New Jubilee Forest is in an oxbow of the river in the sparsely developed Horse Hills District. The forest has a conservation easement that protects the forest as an ecological asset. You will meet two of our four forest tour guides, who will introduce you to some of the species who live there, and facilitate a guided nature connection activity.
