From May through July we will meet weekly for interval track work and optional strength accessory following
There will be three options of the programmed workout- by distance, by time and Shift (slightly easier option)
Bring a mat and DBs appropriate for that days workout if participating in optional strength.
if you have time to program your watch/app on your phone for the criteria of the workout, I highly recommend it!
