Clean Green SGF Storm Debris Volunteer Day

Recent severe weather events have left Springfield neighborhoods with toppled trees and piles of debris. Let’s rally together to cleanup Springfield!

The community-wide Clean Green SGF Storm Debris Volunteer Day has been rescheduled to Thursday, July 24. The July 17 effort was cancelled out of an abundance of caution for the safety of volunteers, as severe weather was forecast.

This event helps residents who physically can’t move storm debris to the curb. If you signed up for assistance, you're still on the list! Volunteers previously registered will receive an email to confirm availability.

Want to help? Volunteer sign-ups remain open to groups and individuals at www.CleanGreenSGF.com

Public Works neighborhood debris sweeps (debris removal) will also shift to begin after the volunteer event:
β€’ Zone 1: Aug 11–15
β€’ Zone 3: Aug 18–22
β€’ Zone 2: Aug 25–29
β€’ Zone 4: Sept 1–5

No registration needed – just place vegetative debris curbside before your zone’s dates.
