At 10:30am each Saturday for the rest of the summer our friend Mitchal of We Play will be onsite for a yoga + ice bath experience at Yogi Union!

Cold plunges may be new to us (unless you’re a top tier athlete) but have been deeply rooted in Nordic culture and wellness practices for centuries.

Cold plunge benefits may include:
Reduced inflammation
Enhanced circulation
Improved cognitive function and mood
Increased metabolism
Restored nervous system balance

So if you’re up for an invigorating addition to your Saturday morning yoga practice, join us after class and jump in. It might just be your new favorite thing.

All you need is yourself, a little courage, and a towel, and you’re ready to yoga + chill!
