Join Katie, every Tuesday & Thursday at 7.15am and start your day off with intention.

This energising flow links movement with breath to build heat, strength, and focus.

Open to all levels, the class offers options to modify or challenge your practice.

About the Teacher:

Katie has been learning and teaching Yoga for 8 years, having spent over 3 years in India where she completed over 1500 hours of official training.

Katie has taught across the world at festivals, hostels, retreat centres, studios and in nature to a wide range of students, and remains forever the student herself, bringing a sense of curiousity, depth and presence to the practice.

She loves many forms of Yoga but feels most connected to Hatha and Vinyasa, as these are the foundations on which she has built her own practice.

Katie's journey with Yoga has been totally transformative and she is excited to return to her birthplace of Auckland and share her learnings with all those who feel the call.
