Welcome to KS Run Club! 🏃♂️🏃♀️
This is a super casual running group for all paces and experience levels.
We'll meet up each fortnight and there will be a few programs to choose from.
Walk, jog, run. Everyone is welcome!
If you're up for it, we'd head somewhere close by for a coffee/tea after the run.
