Join me Jo every Monday night 7pm for an hour of movement, breathe, stretching and resting. No prior yoga experience required. Mats are also available.
Each week we focus on an area of the body and move through yoga poses to help stretch, strengthen, lengthen and improve flexibility in our bodies. The class always ends with some relaxation, meditation and rest to leave you feeling restored and ready for a blissful nights sleep.
