Join us at a Beavers & Art “Fun-Raiser” for Watershed Management Group! Celebrate the reintroduction of the beaver while enjoying a fun, guided art class and facilities tour. Ages 5+ welcome! ✨
Did you know beavers once thrived in Southern Arizona? Watershed Management Group helps monitor beavers who have been reintroduced to the Sonoran Desert Watershed. Learn more here. This family event takes place in the indoor learning center. Kids must be accompanied by an adult.
This is a fundraiser; discount codes and vouchers may not be applied.

Age Range: 5+
Dress Code: Close-toed shoes recommended
Parking: Car lot parking and street parking, ample bicycle parking
Food/Drink: This is an alcohol-free “Fun-Raiser.” Bring your own refillable water bottle!
Seating: Standard height chairs
Wheelchair Accessible: Yes
🖌️ How it Works:
Your art instructor will guide you through a fun-filled session to help you recreate this beaver painting. No experience is needed and all art supplies are provided, including a pre-traced 11×14” canvas, which is yours to take home following the fundraiser.
2-2:30: Guided Tour
2:30-4: Painting Session
💧 Facility Tour:
Enjoy a family-friendly campus tour highlighting water harvesting and sustainable desert living.

The restrooms at Watershed Management Group contain sanitary, composting toilets. Sign up to learn more!
🎨 All Materials Included:
We provide all the art supplies you’ll need, including canvas, paint, brushes, and aprons. Just bring your enthusiasm and an open mind.
👍 No Artistic Experience Necessary:
Don’t worry if you haven’t painted before. Our experienced instructor will ensure that you have all the support and guidance you need to create your own masterpiece.
