Himalayan balsam removal along the Braid Burn

Help Braid Burn from being boring and local plants and wildlife to flourish - Friends of Inch Park are ripping out Himalayan Balsam! The big-leaved plant with large pink-lipped flowers which outcompetes other plants is easy to remove. Meet by 10am at the noticeboard by the road into Inch Park just in from the Old Dalkeith Road entrance.

Equipment provided, under 18s and vulnerable people must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Dress and protect yourself for the weather.
