Boogiemeister’s mission is to bring people together via unity on the dance floor, utilizing the healing power & true magic of music & dance. His DJ styles range from Global Bass, House, Future Funk, Latin, Bass, Trap, Electro-Swing, Downtempo, Dub & mixes that defy rhythm & gravity, tempos & time. He is considered a pioneer of Global Bass music co-founding the collective Beats Without Borders, founder of Remix The Earth project that is taking him around the globe to record & share elements of Afro-Latin-Brazilian-Indian-Arabic fusions of post-modern whompiness that has become one of his signature styles. He has been involved in the music and dance scene for over 18 years and has played at countless Ecstatic Dances, legendary underground gatherings, and festivals such as Symbiosis, Shambhala & Burning Man & internationally DJ’ing in places such as Brazil, Colombia, Europe, Mexico, Guatemala & more. He has shared the stage with artists such as Nickodemus, Afrolicious, The Funk Hunters, David Starfire, Soohan, Random Rab, Jeremy Sole. He is a regular DJ at Ecstatic Dances up & down the West Coast from San Diego to Seattle as well as Hawaii for regular gigs. Both a producer & band member over the years (guitar/synths), music has always been a central part of his life. He is the founder of Dance The Change, a silent disco series of events that raise funds for local charities since 2019.
