Guests will indulge in a multi-course feast crafted by Executive Chef Bryan Donaldson of Nostrana, where Cathy Whims—six-time James Beard Award nominee and now cookbook author—is chef and owner. The menu is inspired by Cathy's new book The Italian Summer Kitchen and is rooted in the rhythms of the garden. We're starting the evening with a line-up of Nostrana's favorites: aperitivo cocktails and salty snacks, followed later with wine pairings provided by Cana's Feast Winery in Carlton, Oregon.
