We invite you to cultivate a deeper sense of self-compassion through discussion, breathwork, and journaling led by Vickie Hunter, wellness coach, and Victoria Antonelli, breathwork facilitator. Some activities will be completed solo, while others in small groups, so you can take self-compassion from reflection to connection.
Participants will have the opportunity to:
• Understand the concept of self-compassion and why it matters for mental, emotional, and physical health
• Explore the inner critic vs. inner nurturer through breath and reflection
• Learn and experience breath practices that calm the nervous system and create space for compassion
• Leave with a self-compassion ritual they can use anytime
