Join Yoga Flow with Lisa Mo for a Friday Evening Deep Stretch + Reset, suitable for all levels from the beginner to the experienced yogi. Unwind into the weekend with an opportunity to stretch, breathe, and hit the reset button. This practice invites you onto the mat to go deeper allowing the muscles to relax and lengthen.

We will flow through asanas slowly to become more aware and mindful of our own bodies. This practice improves flexibility, increases muscle strength and tone, and builds muscular balance. Lean in, breathe deep, stretch it out.
