Sandra is a professional Pilates instructor, Qigong teacher, and holistic health coach with over a decade of experience empowering women through movement and self-care practices. As the founder of Pilates Success and Sandra Leigh Training, she has dedicated her career to helping women over 40 reconnect with their bodies, build confidence, and find balance through mindful movement. Sandra specialises in creating supportive spaces where women can thrive physically, emotionally, and mentally.
Sarah Aldridge
Sarah Aldridge is a certified yoga teacher with 550 hours of face-to-face training completed under Michelle Freeman at the Nambour Yoga Centre in 2024. She specialises in slow-flow and gentle yoga, making the practice accessible to all. Passionate about yoga philosophy and inclusivity, Sarah creates nurturing spaces for students to develop self-awareness, inner peace, and personal growth through mindful movement.
Together, Sandra and Sarah bring a wealth of knowledge and heart-centered teaching to this special event, guiding you through a deeply restorative and empowering experience.
