🥢 Steamed Bao Buns layered with smoked pork belly, crisp cucumber, honey ginger pickled carrots, roasted peanuts, fresh cilantro, and a bold, savory Hoisin sauce (made by reducing Marble Creek Acres' Green Tea & Ginger wine).

Served with:
🍚 Fried rice & 🥬 Garlicky bok choy
