Andrea is a therapeutic arts practitioner and creative wellness mentor with over 20 years of experience supporting youth, adults, and families through mindful, neurodivergent-informed practices. She works both in Canada and the UK, offering one-to-one support, group sessions, and retreats focused on emotional regulation, self-expression, and calm.
Her approach blends expressive arts, intuitive tools, and practical well-being strategies to support those navigating ADHD, anxiety, overwhelm, and transition. Known for her gentle yet grounded presence, Andrea creates spaces that are welcoming, adaptable, and rooted in real-life support.
She is also the founder of Mandalia House, a creative wellness practice based in Ontario, and shares guided meditations and calming practices as a teacher on Insight Timer.
