We’ll kick off the evening by getting glowed up—you’ll receive black light-reactive body stickers, glow crowns, bracelets, necklaces and more to awaken your playful, radiant energy.
Then flow through an all-levels Hatha-inspired practice designed to move stagnant energy and uplift your spirit. As the class winds down into restorative shapes, I’ll be offering hands-on multidimensional energy healing for those open to receiving (consent cards will be given out at the beginning of class).
