Women’s Reconnection Retreat Catskill Mountains

Menla is a Buddhist retreat center nestled in the Catskills mountains of NY. It’s only a 4 hour drive there. We have reserved 2 separate houses on the property for sleeping accommodations. We will enjoy shared meals at the dining hall in n the main center. There is so much to this property, hiking tails, fire pits, world class spa services, yoga rooms, sweat lodges and we will enjoy them all!
This retreat is being hosted by yours truly and my dear sistar, Kate Gajewski from “ Lightness of Being”. It’s going to be an amazing time of reconnecting to yourself, Mother Nature, and each other. We may come as individuals but we will leave as sisters.
