Let's all get together at Foster Lake and tie together ALL of our tubes, paddle boards, kayaks, rafts, etc and MAKE A STATEMENT to Governor Tina Kotek .
That bill she signed is nothing but a money grab!!!!

Maybe we can get Santiam Sound to report!!??

I chose this location so we don't clog up the boat ramps or cause issues with boaters, and there's plenty of parking.
