Join us for our final walk of our summer series on Saturday, August 02, starting at 9:30 AM from the Hudson Area Library
•MEET other like-minded ladies looking to engage in health and wellness activities and instate inspiring routines this fall
•WALK together for exercise, share your experiences, gain support in living a healthy lifestyle
•SHOP the farmer’s market at 6th and Columbia! Pick up your produce, share recipe ideas, and feel prepared for the week ahead
The group will meet at The Hudson Area Library (51 N 5th Street) the first Saturday of every month of June/July/August and begin at 9:30am. Together we will walk a generous loop around the city, getting to know one another, exchanging stories and gaining friendship in the community. As we circle back to our beginning point, we’ll stop by the farmer’s market where you’ll be able to pick up fresh produce, swap recipe ideas and feel inspired for your week ahead.
This group is hosted by the Hudson Area Library in collaboration with Angelica Rogers, founder of BOA Wellness. As a certified health coach and personal trainer, Angelica helps women feel more in control of their health by focusing on sustainable changes in key areas like nutrition, movement, and stress management. Her warm, practical approach centers on uncovering what truly motivates each client and developing realistic strategies that evolve with them over time. With a strong belief in progress over perfection, she’s committed to helping women feel stronger, more energized, and more confident in their daily lives.
This is a FREE community event and children are welcome to join.
Registration is encouraged and appreciated.
