FREE Yoga with Rising Up Yoga Studio
When: Thursdays & Saturdays
May 29,2025- August 30, 2025
Thursday’s Yoga: 6PM-7PM* &
Recycling 11AM-7PM
Saturday’s Yoga: 8AM-9AM* &
Recycling 8AM-12PM
Weather Permitting*
During inclement weather, recycling will still be offered at The Highlands Recycling Center, however, yoga will be moved to the Rising Up Yoga Studio in Elm Grove.

•Yoga mats available with advance reservation
•Activities available for school aged children while guardian participates in Yoga Session
***Bonus Free Yoga (at 5:30PM) & Recycling (from 4PM-6PM) available at the Warwood Farmers Market from June 3, 2025- August 26, 2025.
This Summer Series is brought to the community through a collaboration between the Ohio County Solid Waste Authority, Rising Up Yoga Studio, and the West Liberty Lions Club Family Support Center. Partial funding for this series is generously provided through a minigrant from Try This WV.
