Mindfulness Walk and Yoga With Trees

We’ll mindfully hike 1 loop (1.5 mi) around scenic Owl Creek Reservoir followed by yoga postures using the beautiful trees as a prop. Tree hugging will be involved!

What to bring: an open and curious mind, good walking shoes, bug repellent, water and a blanket for sitting. No mat is needed.

What you’ll find: feel good vibes, grounding, peacefulness, stress reduction, connection with Mother Earth and a playful spirit.
