She contributes to leading think tanks, lectures on campaign management and democracy, and organizes international forums for political professionals. Author of The Game of Elections, she has developed 30+ academic courses and led 30+ election victories and 100+ PR campaigns across the U.S., EU, and Eurasia. Based in the Washington, D.C. area, she is committed to advancing democratic values and good governance globally.

Dina Shaikhislam is a political consultant with expertise in elections, government relations, and public affairs. She regularly moderates and speaks at major events like the Annual GR Forum, focusing on data-driven international strategies and civic engagement. A TechWomen alumna and founder of Kazakhstan’s Children Development Foundation, she has empowered over 1,000 orphans through education.
