Beyond grief with yoga

Have you or are you experiencing grief for a job, pet, loved one, friendship, divorce, loss of a home or any major events. Are you ready to learn some Yoga tools to help move you forward in your life. You will learn to use some tools of yoga, postures, breathing, journaling and how the five elements sounds, five element movements and neurovascular holds can help one move forward. This free class that is open to the public is taught Certified Yoga Instructor Angie Noe. Recommended for 18+

Please bring a journal, pen, mat, blanket, and water bottle. LINC has a limited number of mats available for use during the program if you do not have your own.
