YAMUNA: Psoas to Shoulders

This workshop will continue the liberation of the psoas muscles while including the shoulders for a sincerely profound release. The intention is to create greater ease of movement, increased range of motion, and an enhanced sense of comfort within.

We will be clearing out old tensions and residue from the past that may be trapped in this vulnerable area~ join us for a most liberating experience!
