Sound Bath Bellingham Town Hall NE48 2AH

Everyone experiences a Sound Bath differently, but if you have never tried a Sound Bath before then come and join us at Bellingham Town Hall and be bathed in the sound waves of Gongs, Chimes, Crystal bowls and other instruments on Sunday 27th July at 1pm. Please bring a yoga mat/camping mat, blankets and a pillow to make yourself as comfy and cosy as possible for the session.✨
