Mother Circle - Wellness Hacks for Mamas

For our fourth topic for July, we will be discussing the following: what’s a wellness hack you’ve implemented since becoming a mother? Are there any other wellness or self care approaches you plan to implement soon?

Come join us for some encouragement, information, and support. Bring your baby (or your bump) and invite a mom friend or two!

Also, you are welcome to bring dinner or a snack for yourself or to share with you, as the time does run into dinner time for most of us. We do ask that everyone please remember this is Dr. Tara’s office and we make sure to be respectful and be tidy and clean up after ourselves and/or our kiddoes we bring with us. :)
