This 50-hour Yoga Educator CET is designed to help you elevate your teaching skills and grow into the confident and competent yoga teacher you aspire to be.
Spanning three weekends, this comprehensive program, led by seasoned teachers Joan & Sean, will empower you to refine core aspects of your teaching through hands-on learning and in-depth practice.
The program focuses on four key areas critical to effective teaching β anatomy, sequencing, cueing, and organization β will be covered in detail.
Each module has a particular anatomical focus which guarantees optimal, in-depth learning.
Program Highlights
Pose Categories Covered: Spinal movement (backbends, forward bends, twists), Shoulder movement (arm balances and inversions), Hip and leg movement (standing balances and hip openers)
Taught primarily in English with Cantonese support
Registered with Yoga Alliance (Certificate requires 90% attendance)
Includes practical teaching opportunities and constructive feedback
*This course is conducted primarily in English with Cantonese support. 90% attendance is required to attain the certificate. *
