A Promise Kept: The Billy Foster Story

Billy Foster’s life was not an easy one. But in the end he had one very special friend who promised he would never be forgotten. “A Promise Kept” documentary ( A Matt Bickey production) is being aired at the Raleigh Theatre uptown today at 5:00. The cost is $10 at the door. Then tomorrow afternoon at 3:00 there is a reception and art at the Beckley Art Center. Benny Dundee, Jose Rizo, and Matt Bickey will be telling his story.
