REFUND POLICY
Open date to one (1) week prior to Championship date:
Full refund minus $95.00 USD administrative fee regardless of reason.
Withdraw during the week of the Championship date, late arrival, no-show:
NO REFUND FOR ANY REASON.

TEAM RYDER CUP {EAST TEAM VS WEST TEAM}
PLAYERS WILL BE GROUP IN TWOSOMES AND WILL PLAY DIFFERENT FORMATS DURING THE ROUND TO ACCUMULATE POINTS FOR THEIR TEAM.
THE 9 HOLE DIVISIONS WILL PLAY:
3 HOLES ALTERNATE SHOT
3 HOLES SCRAMBLE
3 HOLES SINGLE
THE 18 HOLE DIVISIONS WILL PLAY:
6 HOLES SCRAMBLE
6 HOLES ALTERNATE
6 HOLES SINGLE

WEST TEAM: RED POLO
EAST TEAM: ROYAL BLUE POLO
PLAYING TEES:
BOYS 14-18: BLUE TEES
BOYS 11-13: WHITE TEES
GIRLS 14-18: WHITE TEES
GIRLS 11-13: RED TEES
PREP SERIES 14-18: WHITE TEES
PREP SERIES 11-13: RED TEES
BEGINNERS BOYS & GIRLS 11-13: PRJT WHITE TEES

BUNKERS WILL BE IN PLAY DURING THE ROUND.
CADDIES FOR THE EAST VS WEST CUP:
Caddies are only permitted in the following divisions:
B&G 5-7 | B&G 8-9 | Girls 11-13 | Boys 11-13 | Beginner

TRANSPORTATION:
Players and caddies must walk at all times unless authorized by a Rules Official and/or are using the provided shuttle service approved by the Tournament Committee.

TEE OF HOLE 9 TO GREEN OF HOLE 9
GREEN OF HOLE 12 TO TEE OF HOLE 13

GREEN OF HOLE 16 TO TEE OF HOLE 17
REGISTRATION TENT:
WILL BE AT THE ROUND ABOUT OF THE CLUBHOUSE BOTH DAYS OF THE EVENT.
SCORING TENT:
WILL BE AT THE PRACTICE PUTTING GREEN AREA
SPECTATORS;
Please be aware that the golf club has allocated 30 golf carts for parents to rent.
During the event:
Spectators should stay on cart paths. In the absence of cart paths, we ask that spectators stay in the rough. Please stay off fairways, tees and greens.
All spectators must walk at all times and remain 30 yards away from other players and practice social distancing.
Spectators are not permitted to give advice to any player at any time during the round.
Advice (Rule 10.2) is any verbal comment or action that is intended to influence you or another player in choosing a club, making a stroke, or deciding how to play during a hole or round. In addition, any conversation between player/spectator may be construed as advice.
Spectators should not give rulings. Please seek an PRJT rules official if the need arises.
Spectators are allowed to carry medicine, drinks, food, umbrellas, etc.
AWARD CEREMONY:
A TEAM WILL BE DECLARED THE WINNER AFTER ALL SCORES HAVE BEEN ENTERED AND TEAM POINTS ARE TALLIED.
AWARD RUNDOWN:
CHAMPION TEAM RECEIVES: EAST VS WEST CUP & GOLD MEDALS FOR TEAM MEMBERS.
RUNNER UP TEAM: SILVER MEDALS FOR TEAM MEMBERS.
