Step’s Foundation, Inc. and Potters Touch Knowledge Center invites teens to explore creativity, wellness, and self-expression through Color of You, an expressive arts workshop series designed to help students manage stress, build coping skills, and connect with themselves and their peers.

Each two-hour workshop focuses on a unique theme and includes a hands-on art activity paired with practical mental wellness tools like journaling, grounding, or mindfulness. No art experience is required—just a willingness to show up and create.

This is your space to unplug, express what you’re feeling, and walk away with real tools for everyday life.

Each session includes:

- A guided creative art project (all supplies provided)
- A wellness activity or coping skill (journaling, grounding, etc.)
- Time to reflect, share, and build supportive connections with peers

Upcoming Workshop Dates & Themes:

October 11, 2025 – Give and Take - Explore how we give energy and receive support through layered emotion collage and journaling.

February 7, 2026 – Boundary Bubble - Build stronger boundaries using abstract painting and personal storytelling tools.

April 11, 2026 – My Future Joyfully Unfolding - Visualize a positive future through guided watercolor and affirmation work.
