This is a flow based class with a strong emphasis on core, movement, awareness, breathe, strength, and flexibility. You will move from pose to pose energetically, dynamically, and intuitively. Moving sensitively through poses allows it to be the perfect class for beginners to advanced students. The room is heated to warm the muscles. The class length is 60 minutes. The room is heated at 95 degrees plus humidity. The floor is not heated to allow flow of air.
