Eco Atlantic Adventures has Joined Forces with The One and Only, "Julieanne from Gathering Goodness". Bringing you a fun filled day of kayaking, foraging on and around Mulroy Bay.

You will need a wetsuit, booties or old runners, light rain jacket and warm hat, with lots of dry warm clothes and a towel for after.
Wellies for walking and exploring in the forest, small basket, scissors or knife to cut stems (avoid uprooting plants).

Small note pad and pencil for taking notes (lots of info to take in or take notes on your phone), camera phone to take pictures make sure you have a water proof case.

All Equipment Provided
Wetsuit, Kayak, Buoyance Aid, Helmet and Paddle provided. you will need booties or neopream socks and old runners.

Rap up in warm clothes and rain jacket with few spare layers to keep the cold out.

Day will run 9am-2pm
