Hypnotherapy Group Healing Session

This will be a chance to learn a little more about hypnotherapy, a process that works with memories, helping a person to "reframe, relax, absorb, dissociate, respond and reflect...reconstructs healthier associations with a person's past events."

We will also do one of the shorter techniques, as a group, to give you the opportunity to experience what the meditation state is like during a session.
