9.30 - 10.30: introductions and networking
10:30 - Noon: Focused work sprint
Noon - 13:00: Lunch and chats
1pm - 2pm: Focused work stint
15 min break
2:15pm - 3pm: Focused work stint
15:00: Sauna, ice bath, reflect on day
