Hatha Yoga is the path of balance — between strength and surrender, effort and ease. This multi-level class invites you to reconnect with body and soul through deep stretches, mindful holds, and the traditional spirit of Yoga, enriched by mantra and pranayama (breathwork).

We’ll focus on cultivating present-moment awareness, listening gently to the body, and meeting our inner experience with compassion. This grounded, restorative approach supports the nervous system, soothes daily stress, and helps release stored tensions and past trauma held in the body.

Jamie is a Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Practitioner and a trauma-informed coach trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS). His yoga roots trace back to India, where he trained under a student of Ashtanga Yoga founder Pattabhi Jois.
